前方後円墳 長さ81ｍ、後円部の直径60ｍ、前方部の幅は45ｍ、高さ4.5ｍ、竪穴式石室で明治35（1902）年発掘の際に石釧、車輪石、鍬形石、勾玉、管玉など、多くの玉石製品が出土した。古墳の表面は葺石（ふきいし）でおおわれ、周りは埴輪（はにわ）で囲まれている。埴輪のなかには楕円筒埴輪があることが、昭和51（1976）年の発掘調査でわかった。石室の大きさから4世紀後半とされる。現在は前方部は茶畑となり、後円部には「上殖葉王古墳（かみえばのみこ）」と記した石標が立つ。

Inooka Kurumazuka Tumulus
"Its length is 81 meters, diameter of its part of back circle is 60 meters, width of its front part is 45 meters, and its height is 4.5 meters. It is well stone room, and many thret and thrum product was found here in the excavation in 35th Meiji era (1902). Its surface is covered by Fukiishi, and this it is surrounded by Haniwa. We can suppose it is built in the end of 4th century, because of size of its room."
