円墳 直径40ｍ、高さ6ｍ 墳頂部に江戸時代の石仏を安置した薬師堂があり、「桜井王古墳」（椀子王の子）の石標がある。

薬師山古墳
Yakushiyama Tumulus
"It has a diameter of 40 meters and tall of 6 meters. Yakushidou, in which a stone Buddhist image of the Edo period is enshrined in, is on the top of the barrow. There're stone guideposts of ‘The Sakurai King's Barrow’ and ‘’The Maroko King's Barrow'."
